| The application and influence about logistics of dangerous goods, which is an important part of the modern logistics, are obvious today. In order to annihilate the risk before the accident happens, the modern logistics of dangerous goods in container request to get and monitor the status information of dangerous goods for the corresponding treatment. To a large extent, research and development of the monitoring and managing center, which could reduce and avoid accidents to ensure the safety of transportation of dangerous goods is of importance to protect the environment.In this thesis,a deep research in the design of monitoring and managing center and the development of the monitoring software has been carried out. Firstly,the framework of monitoring and managing center in whole is designed and realized. After that,three parts of the center: communications network,Web GIS and the visual part have been designed. The research and developing work can be sumerized as follows:(1)Analysis and design of monitoring and managing centerThe wireless communications network has been ascertained based on the feasibility analysis, after analyzing the requirements and structures of the monitoring system and designing the functions and processes. Both the background database and the hardware and software of the center are completed based on the requirement information.(2) Design and implementation of the communication sub-systemThe structure of the communication sub-system has been designed after analysis of its function. A protocol has been chosen after comparison, analysis and selection for the communications link and data processing. Based on the development of multi-threaded programs, the procedures achieved the acceptance of data storage and analysis.(3) Research and design of the Web GIS sub-systemFocusing on the use of open source Web GIS product,SharpMap-engine is used to achieve function of the GIS map based on the analysis of Web GIS realization process and comparison of three Web GIS approaches. After analyzing the source code of its structure and operational mechanism, the corresponding control functions have been designed and the A jax method has been put forward to improve the slow loading of maps.(4) Development and research of the visual sub-systemTo realize the real-time monitoring function and historical inquiry, the architecture for visualization has been developed by means of c#, javascript, vml and html with asp.net platform. The authentication and membership management methods have been used to enhance the security of the visual sub-system. The monitoring and managing center has been put into trial operation in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Logistics Co., Ltd. The results showed that the monitoring and managing center developed in this thesis has met the monitoring, safty, and efficiency requirements for dangerous goods Container Logistics. |
