Design And Implementation Of Integrated Querying System For Bank Lobby Managers

With the implement of new strategy and development of extended business, internal banks are facing a great increase of working load. This rapid development brings some negative problems. First of all, the extension from daily savings to comprehensive business leads to the heavy burden of host computer; second, the slowdown of responding speed and the decline of working efficiency.In the past, due to various restrictions, traditional lobby managers only help in consulting and querying on business. They do little in lightening the working load of host computers, serving the clients and reducing the workload of bank counters. To achieve this, lobby managers need a comprehensive querying system to broaden their working range. For example, they should have access to non-account querying system to reduce the query load of bank clerks and ATM tellers.This thesis introduces the method of combining B/S and C/S to rationalize all sorts of background business system in a bank to quickly respond to the request from lobby business, thus broadening the operating rage of a lobby manager and improving the bank's service.The author himself participated in the development of this querying system for lobby managers and designed the way of combining B/S and C/S to deal with non-account business. There will be some discussions on how to further optimize this system at the end of the thesis.
