Design And Implementation Of VAT Invoice Processing System In Multinationals

Along with the popularization of Space Golden Tax System (SGTS) implemented by Chinese Tax department in recent years, many multinationals in China need to print Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice for their customers, but the SGTS is an independent security invoice system, which could not be integrated into enterprise's sales management system. Enterprises usually depend on software to deal with sales data, export to a text file in the format of SGTS interface file, and then print VAT invoice through SGTS.The thesis analyzes the necessary and worth of VAT processing system based on the actual business applications. Firstly, it introduces the development environment and key-technologies used in the system, and then describe how to analyze, design and implement VAT invoices processing system. According to the actual business process and customer requirements, the thesis divides the system design and realization into four modules in detail, including basic information management module, sales data management module, simulation invoice management module and EMS express delivery management module. Sales data management and invoice management are the core and the most difficult modules. The main objective of this system is to achieve the proper management of sales data and exporting correct interface file for SGTS. The thesis uses large quantity words to describe these two modules and related technology in detail and finally debates how to test and implement system.The system successfully resolves the issue of splitting, merging and price adjustment in the process of handling VAT invoice, helps financial clerks quickly generate, print EMS express delivery bills. It reduces their workload, improves their efficiency and accuracy of printing VAT invoices. In the end, the thesis pointed out issues and questions that need to be solved.
