Wireless sensor network is a new kind of meshwork with a big progress in micro-electronics, wireless communications and embedded system technology. It can real-time supervise, apperceive, gather and process data information of all supervision object and is highly recognized in many countries. TinyOS, a node system especially for the WSN node, has provided a platform on which the applications of WSN are developed. The IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee protocol with low cost and low power consuming has provided an international standard of wireless communications for wireless sensor network between sensor nodes.Because of TinyOS is an open-sourced system, it has no standard process for development. The research orgnization usually make an experienced mode for standard. It may cause the lack of systematic and the quality of the result. According to the software engineering and the analysis of experience, a standard procedure is shown in order to enhance the quality of development.Meanwhile, according to the Open-ZB, the development of Zigbee on TinyOS is completed on PHY layer and MAC layer as a basis of a WSN system, the nodes is routed and the data is send using the algorithm of tree topology. It can be a rudiment of system and basic libs for the advanced development.Then, to reduce the procedure of development and enhance the efficiency using the powerful tools provided by TinyOS, through the analysis of the system tools, an auto tool for employment of them has been brought up. By being used in development the well effect has been proved.In conclusion, the environment of TinyOS has been improved and a system of ZigBee has been completed as a basis of further research. Finally, a standard process of development has made it more systematic.
