The data acquisition set is a kind of laboratory or field automatic equipment to acquire online data, save records automatically, data pretreatment, display and analysis instantly.Incorporating Linux with embedded system is a researching focus in the embedded field. This dissertation discusses the development method of embedded Linux system, and implements the high speed data acquisition system based on the embedded Linux system.A design method about High-performance and portable data acquisition system based on PC104 is introduced in the paper. Meanwhile the paper mainly focuses on the system software and hardware design ideas and how to make them become true. The motherboard of this data Acquisition System is SCM-7020BS. And ADT652 data acquisition card is controlled by the motherboard through PC104-bus. Application Software is programmed with Qt. The functions of this system are data acquisition, Real-time computing an, waveform display and Ethernet communication. In development process, the PC/104 bus structure's features are made full use of, for instance stacked connect, compact structure, high integrated level etc.This system is mainly applied in the detection of the foundation piles. In the paper, the basic principle of reflected wave method detecting the foundation piles, the detecting technique and procedures are described. Also, the application of this method according to the identification of detection wave and the judgmental analysis is discussed. According to the principle of reflected wave method, the software system to work for the hardware is developed at last. |
