Study On Cooperative Management Platform For Technological SME Based On LAMP

Along with the development of network technology and e-business,the enterprise business collaborative management based on web technology has become a main trend for the informatization of small-medium enterprises (SME). However,in consideration of the informatization failure of many SME,the informatization of SME is not as simple as an integration of function and data or process,but a sustained process that comprehensively considered about the enterprise's development strategy,organization feature,operation process and many other factors,and will consistently get improved along with the maturity of the enterprise management and business. This paper aims to obtain a collaboration management platform which can not only satisfy business requirements of newly-established SME but also get improved continuously along with their business development.Upon study on informatization planning and business process management,this paper proposes a program applicable for SME informatization planning. The program indicates functional features of the business management platform of developable enterprises,providing theoretical foundation for further building developable management platform.Guided by this program,the paper studies on informatization technology programs of domestic and foreign mainstream SME , and proposes the management system model based on LAMP,which classifies the realization of function layer into basic function layer and customized function layer. Through open source softwares software selecting,advises to build basic function layer adopting Tikiwiki and webERP open source system. The customized function layer consists of three functional modules,that is,web portal,research and development management,and enterprise resource planning. Makes detailed illustration on the key technical points for realization of the functional module design,mainly aiming at role-based access management,program documents management and the interface integration technique of webERP and Tikiwiki. Finally,lists examples to verify how the platform supports the enterprise to realize its knowledge and business management and how the platform itself gets improved.From hardware arrangement to software design and maintenance as well as every link of training,the platform is designed with full consideration of the inadequacy in funds,technology and personnel,which is the common situation for SME at primary stage,so it largely lowers the risk of enterprise informatization,owning reference significance for the informatization construction of extensive scientific SME.
