The Historical Research On Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian Version)

The present thesis covers a history of sixty years of Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian version) since its establishment to the year of 2008. Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian version) fully acts its function as the Party's mouthpiece. It has made up its characteristic style through not only recording various aspects of changes and development in Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region such as from the perspective of politic, economic, culture and education and but also advocating distinct culture of Mongolian minority.This thesis consists of five chapters including introduction, chapter one, chapter two, chapter three and conclusion. Introduction chapter is an introduction of the reasons of choosing the present topic, research significance, research aim, research situation and research methods. The first chapter briefly introduces the social background of Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian version)'s establishment, the previous newspapers originated from, its establishment in Wulanhot and the two movements of the newspaper office, in addition the business development of Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian version) and its rules and regulation. The second chapter displays the general situation of Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian version) and its business development and its rules and regulation during the periods of Anti-left deviation Struggle, Great Leap Forward Movement and Cultural Revolution. The third chapter summarizes the development of Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian version), including its press reform, supplement and extended version, its communication methods, its business development and its rules and regulations, during the years of reform and opening up, that is from the finish of Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party, the establishment of Socialist Market Economic System to China's Accession to the WTO. In the conclusion chapter, the author illustrates a brief summary of the achievement and accumulating experiences of Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian version) during the sixty years and points out the difficulties Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian version) faced with and puts forward helpful suggestion of how to solve the existing problems.
