Temporizing with the judicature modernization trend and consummating the design of inquest process, synchronization audio-video recording in the process of inquest is an important measure for the people's Procuratorate to promote the justice better and protect humen rights. Synchronization audio-video recording is most direct and intuitionistic proof material, which gotten legally has effect can't be replaced by other proof materials. The people's Procuratorate perform Real-time surveillance through analog audio-video signals before, use video tapes to save recorders. This method has prominent disadvantages such as local picture was vague, trial materials were hard to keep, and the safety of records were difficult to protect.Through deep probe of the people's Procuratorate, the thesis describes "Bright Mirror" the Procuratorate's trial record and control managing system, including embedded use of front-end hardware technology standard, video codecs and streaming media technology. Also this thesis designs a set of system actulize scheme with DVR as main hardware support, combination of C/S/S and B/S/S modes, audio video digital alteration based on back-ground coding technology. The encapsulation of ActiveX controls and audio video stream transmission entirely fulfill the Real-time surveillance in the people's Procuratorate's inner LAN.As the key funtion, this thesis profoundly investigates concept and tenet for synchronization audio-video recording, brings forward the synchronization audio-video recording flow realize mechanism, including getting, showing, saving audio-video streams and nonlocal record playing, as well as as well as the using of main video-server SDK and Dynamic Linkable Library.
