CTAIS-Zhonglu Tax Interface

Tax is the source of national economical development, the country's basic financial revenue and ensure and the lifeblood of the country. China Taxation Administration Information System(for short CTAIS) which is developed by State Administration of Taxation and Digital China, when it is running as a formal, information covering all aspects of tax collection and management, changes the manual management of the taxpayers in the past, all taxpayers included in the management of computer. Especially in the recent years as the use of CTAIS V2.0, national tax department's collection and management business process are unified, the procedures of tax enforcement are standardized, and tax data to concentrate in Province becomes true. Zhonglu Tax which is developed by Zhonglu company changes the traditional process of tax, taxpayer can pay taxes by phone and bank. It is an integrative process—from taxpayer submitting his web data form to the background of the tax submit. For users, it can submit tax data completely by web or client whose interface is simple and clear. Many of the background process are automatically handled, so the complexity of manual processing is simplified, the speed of the business is increased. Taxpayer submits his tax data by web, and it can be looked through in logic rules when submit in order to ensure the data which was submitted. Taxcollector checks the data submitted by the background process, and when it is right then can be submitted by next process, and it is no need to repeat the data. So it can reduce the burden work and enhance the work efficiency of the taxcollector. But when CTAIS V2.0 is in use, external system can not call its database, they must get data by EJB and JMS interface. For the situation, the old interface of Zhonglu is no longer be used and a new interface must be developed.The CTAIS and Zhonglu Tax System are connected to the author's daily work, especially after the use of CTAIS V2.0 in province, the old interactive mode of database is completely failure, how to research a new interface of XML data in turn to the primary problem. The research and exploration of the subject work is not only the needs of the author, but also provides better ideas for future work and accumulates more richness technical experience. In this subject the author studies the function of data exchange in CTAIS and Zhonglu Tax. First of all, it determines the design of the system and the overall framework, then aims at the system to make an appropriate development tools and development of technology. The system general uses Eclipse3.3 to develop. And the datebase is SQL Server, but it needs to create a lot of new table. In order to get better interfaces and faster processing speed it uses SWT to design. Database connection with Zhonglu Tax uses SPRING. The use of log records is LOG4J mode; Database driver uses JTDS; Database connection pool uses DBCP or C3P0 mode; Analysis XML uses JDOM mode.Following, based on the development technologies which have ensure behind to study one by one. The develop of main interface uses Eclipse Visual Editor, then compiles its main method. The use of thread mainly discusses the java.lang.Thread and its run method. Besides CTAIS description methods, it also develops value-added tax's transfer method of EJB. For XML processing, it mainly researches JDOM method. In the side of database connection it studies JTDS mode and database connection pool configure. Log records mainly discuss LOG4J mode.In the end, the article summarizes the main course of the study and prospects the future development of this system.
