| Simulation technology combines various sophisticated modern means of modern science and technology,has greatly expanded the horizon, time limits and capabilities of humanity , plays a vital role in the field of science and technology. Over the past 10 years, China has made a great progress in simulation technology. Judging from the extent of application, simulation technology has been already expanded from the early days of aviation, aerospace, power generation and nuclear power generation sector to today's military, electronics,communications, transport, ship, metallurgy, construction, meteorology, geology, machinery manufacture, light industry, technical training and other types of industries and sectors, its application has infiltrated into the system life cycle.Hardware-In-The-Loop(HITL)simulation technology is a branch of the simulation, involves a wide range of areas, including electrical and mechanical technology, hydraulic technology, control technology, interface technology. From a certain perspective, a country's level of- HITL simulation technology is on behalf of its overall scientific and technological strength. Hardware-In-The-Loop (HITL) simulation is a kind of simulation technology widely applied in engineering field and experiment that there are practicalities in simulation loop, so simulation results are more close to real condition. Due to its lots of merits, HITL simulation has caused high regard in the field of simulation. At present, HITL simulation in flow industry mostly rests on the degree of being medium, so the cost in constitution and maintenance are much. This paper basing on boiler researches the realization that there is no-medium in the simulation system, and overcomes the faults.The main work in this paper is the research and development about no-medium HITL simulation system, including mathematics modeling and computer to achieve, the hardware design and transformation of boiler, communication between simulation host and hardware, the realization of training function system. The building of boiler technology mathematical model and programming are realized by the method of hybrid modeling based mechanism modeling, object-oriented simulation technology as well as the MATLAB simulation software, use various electronic technology and micro-computer technology to realize the hardware design and transformation of boiler, apply a dedicated digital simulation of real-time communication interface technology to complete communications between simulation host and hardware.The practice results show this technology is feasible, completely satisfies practice request, and due to no-medium in the system, it not only debases costs of constitution and maintenance, but also has the characteristic of green and environmental protection. |
