| Digital Campus System is a very important symbol of the intellectual development of the universities in the information age. Based on the techniques and the research of "Digital Campus" and "Intelligent Building", and on the studies of Wireless Sensor Network, this paper proposed the solution of "Digital Campus System on Wireless Sensor Network", and gave furthered study to all those factors involved: function framework of the system, design of subsystems, design of softwares and the hardwares and systematic network organizing and routing protocol. The solution actually realized the intelligent of the buildings, the assets, the firefighting and the security system in the whole university, which betters the security, comfortableness and convenience.At the beginning of the paper analyzed the background of this study and the contemporary study home and abroad, and illustrated the technique of Wireless Sensor Network.Then the Digital Campus System based on the Wireless Sensor Network is proposed. In the following part, this paper analyzed the function, the target of the study, the Building Intelligence System, Assets Intelligence System,Security Intelligence System, and the systematic framework of these subsystems.And then according to the need of the application of the Digital Campus System, the hardware structure and the software system which accord with the application of the Digital Campus System are designed. For hardware, the need to reduce the consumption of power is taken into consideration when choosing the modules of the microprocessor, wireless radio frequency chip, all kinds of sensors, ect. The network software platforms are based on Microchip ZigBee Stack V1.0-3.6, and the improvement has been made to it based on this protocol.Finally according to the characteristics of the multi-variable monitoring environment of the Digital Campus System, the paper designed the timeout mechanism, and the reutilization method of network address is proposed. The experiments show that these strategies can recycle the network address effectively, and improve the utilization rate of network address the router can allocate to the end devices. As stability is highly desired in the Digital Campus System, and many parameter data are transmitted in the network,an improved method based on least-hop routing protocol is proposed, in which node's remaining battery energy is considered, and the router information is restrieted broadcasted. The experiments show the proposed routing protocol can improve the efficiency of routing and greatly reduce the paeket loss rate. |
