The Research And Design Of Spare Parts Management And Decision Support

The core of spare parts management can be summarized as: Minimum liquidity, Minimum scale of spare parts inventory, under the premise of normal production and operation. In view of problems like reserve setting, the paper attempts to make some aspects of this exploratory work. The main contents are as follows:1. The thesis studies a variety of spare parts management decision-making models, including spare parts classification, demand forecasting, storage model categories & etc. This plays a good foundation for model and knowledge base in the subsequent DSS system.2. Meanwhile, the article discusses a new supply chain inventory management mode on aspect of cost changes analysis, profit balance between demander and vender and supplier evaluation.3. This paper describes a variety of decision support applications, and designs the model base and knowledge base detailed solution.4. Based on the customer needs analysis, this paper abstracts the common basic business processes from the spare parts management and structures the decision support system. And finally, displays a realization of the system prototype.
