| With the rapid development of Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) and the expansion of the operation scale, professional ability and trouble-shooting capacity of the EMU drivers and machinists have been increasingly regarded as the guarantee of trains' punctual operation. A new training platform for EMU drivers and machinists has been provided by driving simulator of high-speed EMU. Especially, the trouble-shooting simulation training system introduced in the thesis could overcome the insufficiency of simulating few troubles in traditional training way. Therefore, the research was proved to be of certain practical significance and great application value.On the basis of analyzing the demands of high-speed EMU training, a distributed architecture of the high-speed EMU driving simulator and its trouble-shooting simulation training system was established combining with the latest domestic and foreign research results. According to the functions, the system was divided into several modules such as server module, teacher station module, trouble display console module and trouble-shooting module. Based on the division, the selection and design of the various modules' hardware was studied, and the both virtual and actual trouble-shooting training platform were designed and realized in detail.Using object-oriented method, the model of software system was built particularly with the UML modeling tools, and the specific modules of software were realized under the integrated developing environment of Visual Studio 2005. Especially, the trouble display console design based on embedded technology was introduced in the thesis; which includes designing the embedded hardware system, customizing the embedded operation system and designing the embedded application software. Finally, the trouble-shooting evaluation algorithm was proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.By debugging and testing in the laboratory environment, the design demand of the system was proved to be realized basically. After further test and completion, the trouble-shooting simulation training system would be utilized in the institutes and the EMU maintenance centers. |
