For modern war' s demands,the main point of the development of night vision technology is to enhance the effect distance and the definition of images of a night vision device.The developing of night vision technology depends on the developing and enhancing of the performance of its core element--the image intensifier.High performance screen(including high resolution,high luminescence efficiency,high field strength etc.) is one of the important parts of a high performance image intensifier,and it has effect on the developing of the performance of an image intensifier.The quality of a screen defines the quality of images and the performance of an image intensifier.The enhancing and developing of an image intensifier require more better performance of screen.For latterly half century,the fabricating technology of a screen progresses at a rapid rate.This paper mainly covers high performance screen part.From the request of high performance image intensifier,this research works on the project of high performance screen(including high resolution,high luminescence efficiency,high field strength etc.).In general,screen should give enough luminescence brightness,high resolution,high contrast,fit spectrum characteristic and decay time.Those requests some depends on the quality of phorsphor,the other depends on the arts and crafts of madeing screen.From the fabricating technology of high performance screen,this research analyses the effect of screen on the performance of an image intensifier,and gives the analyzing statistic data of the performance of a screen,which is fabricated under the technology of high performance screen,compared with the fabricating technology of one and two generation screen.This paper also researches the best matching of the lacquer and aluminium.So,this research takes on a high application value at the improvement of the performance of a image intensifier.
