The Research And Empolder On Visibility Experiment System Of Whole Resource In Integrated Logistics Support

As quantities of high-tech equipments used in the integrated joint operations of information war, the war is short-lasting, intense and consumptive. The mission of integrated support is especially significant to the victory of war. In some sense, the information war is not only the confrontation of the ability of tactics but also the confrontation of the ability of support. Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) has become an important factor. For the decision-makers and managers, the visibility of the whole resource in ILS can offer the exact information about the position,movement and status of the whole resource, and improve the total capability of ILS. In Iraq war, ILS was applied systematically and the well benefit was achieved in military affairs and economy, for which ILS attracts extensive attention.In this paper, it is analyzed the visibility technique of the whole resource in ILS, and a visibility experiment system in ILS for teaching is primarily designed and set up. The main research works and contents are as follows1. The basic signification and key techniques of equipment logistics were analyzed. The design and structure of the visibility management system of the whole resource in ILS was raised, and the difficulties of technology of visibility system in ILS were studied, with an emphasis analysis on the construction of intellectual stereoscopic warehouse and the visibility system.2. The design of experiment system of the visibility technique of ILS for teaching was expatiated, and the detailed design and the construction of the experiment system were put forwards. Simultaneously, it was detailed analyzed that choosing of the equipments for hardware in experiment system.3. The software of intellectual warehouse management system was designed. Aiming at the spare part equipments and servicing tools in diesel engine, the simulant data was coded for bringing forth operation process of the management system software.4. The RFID tag identifying software was designed and developed, which can be used in the visibility management of logistics, activating the identifying of resources on transportation.The visibility technique of the whole resource in ILS is a key item of equipment management informationization. The paper researched on some aspects of ILS, and established a visibility experiment system in ILS. The research in this paper has made a good foundation for the construction, development and application of the visibility technique of ILS.
