| LXI, LAN eXtension for Instrumentation, has the characteristics of low cost and longevity, is leading the testing bus development with its flexiblity and open-architecture. To make LXI can be successfully applied in our military ATSs, some key technologies of system integration were profoundly studeied in this thesis.Firstly, the architecture of LXI ATSs was discussed in this thesis. There are three ways to build LXI-only systems: derect-conected, router-isolated and PC-isolated. There are two forms of hybird system: compliant system and aggregate system. In this thesis, the PC-isolated aggregate system architecture was taken to build an LXI demonstration ATS, according to the security requirements of military test applications.Then with the example of LXI-C class function gernerator, the interface technology and developing method of LXI-C class instrument was discussed in this thesis. S3C4510B ARM7 MCU and its subsidiary circuit were used to accomplish the ethernet hardware interface. RPC and Other techniques were employed to build the software interface and web service withinμClinux operating system.After that, the developing techniques of test application and IVI-COM driver were discussed in this thesis as well as the XML technology, whitch was employed to describe the testing informations. Based on these discussions, the test application program of the LXI demonstration ATS was developed in Visual Studio 2005. And the IVI-COM driver of the LXI-C class function generator was developed in the same environment.In the end of this thesis, the LXI demonstration ATS and the LXI-C class function generator was tested. Accroding to the test result, the design of LXI demonstration ATS is reasonable, and the test application run stably. The test result also shows that the LXI interface is reliable, and the specifications of the LXI-C class function generator meet the design requirements. |
