The Study Of CNC Automatic Reinstate System Construction

This paper studied the construction of automatically reinstate system. This system is responsible for the automatic execution of work order for more than 7 million subscribers in Beijing. It stops the service to subscribers when they have arrearage, and restore service in real-time when the subscriber's payment is received. At present, the system can only provide service for the short distance calls within a city. It does not support DDD, IDD, ADSL, and second party paid services (8006 number). Besides it does not execute the work order automatically through out the entire work flow. Furthermore, the system offers little management function. Many important functions need to be redesigned, for example work order tracking, and work order overtime alarm. Through a combination of theory and practice, this paper introduced the detailed plan of building a new system in order to meet the demand of company production and business management. Our goals can be summarized as the following four points: "a high degree of centralization of data," data is the business focus of the primary condition for centralized management; "business management focus", focus on business management is to reduce investment, improve management level of an effective means; " Closed data flow, "Only in the data flow is a closed loop in order to guarantee the operational management of the closure;" to support the business expansion", with the service levels improve, the changes will speed up operations, the system construction must have a certain degree of flexibility space.
