The Design And Implementation Of Integrated ERP And CRM System Based On SOA

With the digital management to such as finance,sales,supply chain,human resources,co-office services,internal management systems become more and more. However,these systems are developed in different times,different techniques,and even developed in the different independent platforms,induce the lack of information sharing and interaction,a lot of data are cross-functional,and even repeat,lack of a unified user management,integrated resource management and control system of unified authority.To solve these problems,we introduce how to do system integration of CRM system and ERP system based on SOA(service-oriented architecture) in this dissertation.Service-oriented architecture is a new component model,it Joint the application of different functional unit,by Well-defined interfaces and contracts between the functional units.The interface is neutral defined,this allows the services that construct various kinds system can be interact by unified and common mode.First of all,I analyzed the company's business,detailed comprise the function of each module of CRM system and ERP system,using the basic principles of the SIBUS to build SOA framework.Combined with the company's current situation,the business are scattered to three loosely coupled sub systems,services in each sub-system can be related,but each sub-system is entirely loosely coupled.In fact is three Service Interfaces:product management services interface,customer service management interface and order form service interface.Coordinate and conclude the corresponding interface method from the current department's IT services,these services are coarse-grained interface,closest to the actual business service itself.Secondly,design the customer register system,customer queries system, customer account management system,product management system,product inquire system,shopping system,and have a description of the business,describes the specific steps to achieve,draw a map of timing system.Finally,create an integration services based on the structure of the SOA by system service bus Websphere6.0 SIBus.All of the business was announced through the three Web Services components(BookMgrService,OrderMgrService and UserAccountMgrService).Describe how to integrate the three Web Services components to Websphere6.0SIBus service bus base on SOA architecture.The operation in the following order:1.create SDO library;2.create SIBus Web services resource adapter;3.to install and configure endpoint listener;4.create the service bus; 5.create the members of the system bus;6.create goals of the bus;7.create outbound service;8.create a default path forward routing;9.create inbound services;10.Issue the inbound service;11.Create the Struts client class transfer the SOA Web Service in Eclipse.After the implement of the integrated,the model of application in enterprise-wide has changed,change the instance of information islands.Staffs are more concern about the company's business processes rather than on the underlying infrastructure,in order to achieve the higher-level competitive application development framework.The whole enterprise application system has greatly improved.
