Design And Implementation Of Integrated Management System For The Qualification Control Center

Network will be the backbone of future IT world. Web service is a technical solution by which application programs correspond mutually in network. Strictly speaking, web service is an interface describing a series of operations. Web application program is client orientation, in opposite, Web service is system orientation. The characteristic of system orientation has made significant potential and broad space in application for web service.The Qualification Control Center of the Ministry of Information Industry for Mobile and Stationary Telephone Service is a national department for authorizing and supervising mobile and stationary telephone service organizations in whole country. In order to raise the working efficiency and provide a platform for responding questions from telecommunication users in whole country, the Qualification control center decides to develop an integrated management program, and based on this program, as core application, constructions an integrated management system for the Qualification control center.Belonging to the E-government, the system is a typical Web Service based on the database application. This paper takes this system as an illustrative case, conducting the research and discussion to this kind of application development in web service. The article has given the demand analysis and implementation method in detail, as well as key problems and key technologies.Specifically speaking, this paper is mainly to the following aspects:1. Demand analysis: Including the qualification management system and the accessorial call center, according to the operation flow and the description provided by the demand side, the demand terms would be given after the communication and investigation.2. Implementation of the project design: Including the frame of service technology, the network analysis situs design, the choice of the development of the platform and the system safety design.3. Preliminary design of the system: The author is responsible for the preliminary design of the qualification management system, including structural disgn of application frame, structural design of program module and database design.4. The module design and the coding implementation: The author is responsible for the detailed design and coding of the main module of the qualification management system.
