| In the increasingly competitive telecom service market, operation and maintenance ability has become the core competitiveness of telecom operators. Through the reasonable construction scheduling system to improve operation and maintenance quality is an important method. A domestic operator's operating scheduling system is based on workflow technology. Each scheduling process is defined through workflow technology and the workflow engine maintains the state and relevant data of the examples. Current situation of construction of operation scheduling system still has some shortcomings which bring some problems to operators.In this paper, firstly finds out the existing problems and presents the design and implementation based on the analysis of the construction of system. Scheduling system established a set of effective operation platform in operators inside and it is divided into two parts. The two flow engines to complete the transparency and closed-loop operations makes the engine interactive interface must to be constructed. In this paper, analyzes the workflow engine state interaction in the two systems and researches methods of interaction. On the basis of analysis, this paper presents the overall design and abstract definition of services of the flow engine interaction interface. According to the service of workflow engine state notification, we introduce the Publish/Subscribe interactive mode into the design. This paper completes the formalizing describing and implementation of interaction interface services. In realizing technology, we choose Web Service. Then we deploy the interaction interfaces services and analyze the test results. The interfaces can straighten the collaboration between the different departments, standard and optimize the workflows, realize the automation and standardization, improve the quality of operation and maintenance. Finally, this paper summarizes the work and points out the deficiency in the design and implementation. Hope deficiencies can be perfected and improved. |
