Abstract/Summary:
Intelligent Video is a branch of Artificial-Ielligent, the techonoledgy which comes from the Compter Vision. It can constructe the mapped relationship between images and can analyse the image by the computer. With the development of computer and network, especially with the appearance of DSP, it makes the technology of interlligent become true.Confronting with the demand of high-quality surveillance in factory, public places,the former surveillance methods have not been suit for the modern society.But the Interlligent Video can satisfy the new demand and develop much more.This thesis is mainly about the Interlligent Video system which based on TMS320DM644.Through the solftware and the hardware it can supply the synthetical information about the surveillance arears to the people, especially about the mobile objects and the fire and smoke.Though research, this thesis finishes the first research about the using of Interlligent Video system in house, oil field and the other arears.The very important thing that this thesis has been written is the algorithms for the mobile objects and the fire and smoke detection in the video images.For the mobile objects detection ,it mainly uses the method of dynamic three-frame detection.Through the platform of VC,it receive good result in experiments.At the same time, it uses the method of recording the center of gravity to track the detected objection and also received good results.Based on the algorithm for the mobile detection, this thesis mainly uses the dynamic characters about the fires and smokes when the fire happens in the arears of fire and smoke detectiong.Also with the experiment doing in the platform of VC,it proves this algorithm works good for fire detection and make good foundation for the next research.
