| With the industrial automation speedily developed, computers are widely used in industry, many kinds of control equipment and procedure monitor device are used in industry, people are requiring more and more to industrial automation, which made the conventional industrial control soft can't satisfy all kinds of requirement of the users. Usually traditional industrial monitor software is Human Machine Interface(HMI) programmed by users or the third party, and the defects are low efficiency, lacking of credibility and long time to exploit, and the efficiency of repeated utilization is low for the singularity of the control object. When the control object changes, we have to satisfy new demands by modifying the source codes. It not only delays development period but also increases maintenance charge.The appearance of the general industrial automation configuration software resolves all the problems referred before. Because the problems in the traditional industrial monitor software can be fixed up by it, and users can freely configurate the software according the control object and control aim to complete the automation control project.The design and implementation of configuration software for industrial control is a complex engineering. In this thesis, first the industrial distributed control system in detail is introduced, and then the appearance and the development process of the configuration software are introduced, and also their development condition in domestic and international market are introduced. Next the whole frame of the industrial control configuration software is described, and the graphic interface system of the software is stressed, then a kind of real-time database and communication system designing method is provided, and also part source code based on VC++ 6.0 is provided. |
