| The dissertation has designed the software and hardware of the leak location system for underground pipline on the platform ofμC/OS-II real-time Embedded Operating System using DSP chip TMS320VC5416-160 to be the core processor, and realizes such functions as two-way water leak signal collection, filtering, correlation analysis and location display. The pipeline leak location principle and the software and hardware designing plan is depicted at the beginning. The parameteres of HR digital filter are designed on MATLAB platform according to the requirement of the system, and the program of HR filtering algorithm is compiled with assembly language on DSP. Leak location is realized by mutual correlation time delay estimation with fast correlation algorithm, and the feasibility of the system is verified by simulating it under the environment of CCS. In order to improve efficiency,μC/OS-II is transplanted into DSP, and the system programming is realized with the function of multi-task administration .After the design and debugging of the system, the test is accomplished by receiving two-way cable signal under the environment of the simulating scene, and the location result is given. Finally, it sums up both achievements and exisiting problems of the dissertation, and brings up suggestions and prospects for the future wok. It has be proven that this leak location system has quick speed, accurate location, good stability, low power-expense, simple operation and very high application value in reality. |
