The Research Based On Standardization Of Single-Piece And Small-Batch Enterprise Procurement Management Information Model

Enterprise information is the important measure for enterprise winning a competitive advantage and improving the comprehensive competitiveness. Enterprise information model is the important basis for enterprise implementing advanced manufacturing strategy and business rebuilding.Enterprise implementing information's sharing and information integration base on the enterprise information standardization; XML is the data exchanging standards. Building the information model and the standardization of the enterprise information and the application of the XML technology can provide theoretical guidance for single-piece and small-batch enterprise, achieve the information of sharing and exchanging internal and outside single-piece and small-batch enterprise, and providing the theoretical basis for the further single-piece and small-batch enterprise organization of reorganization, all of those can further improve the single-piece and small-batch enterprise of efficiency and competitiveness.Paper is based on the single-piece and small-batch enterprise, the main research works are as follows:First, this paper's research is from the theoretical basis, introduces the content about enterprise information model,includs the way of information models' establishment and the scope of information models of establishment and the purpose of establishing information model, finally establishes global business IDEF0 model and procurement management of IDEF4 models.Second, outlines the content about the information on the standardization, introduces the content about the standardized system and standardized content, on the guidance of those theoretical knowledge, make standard for the single-piece and small-batch enterprise.Third, under the guidance of XML theory knowledge, shows the information exchanging standards between the single-piece and small-batch enterprise and suppliers.Forth, on the basis of those information model and standards, summary the features about the single-piece and small-batch enterprise, give out the way about solving the question that single-piece and small-batch enterprise can not delivered goods on time and the higher cost.Fifth, as the testing about established information models and the content of standardized, designs the procurement management information system of the single-piece and small-batch. Introducing the content about designing on procurement management processing of and functional design and database design and rights design and other aspects, finally on the basis of those designing, establishes the framework based on the Struts.Finally summarys the content about the full text, points out the limitations of this paper and advices about following up research.
