The Chinese Tobacco Industry plays an important role in the national economy, and it is the important taxation source of our country. With the development of economic globalization and the Participation in WTO, the Chinese Tobacco Industry are facing aggravating competitions, so the Chinese Tobacco Bureau makes an Industrial and Commercial Enterprise's cooperating sale pattern. In order to improve work efficiency, industrial and commercial enterprises are on the need for an accurate, timely and effective communication sharing platform of information and data, so that the industrial and commercial enterprises can exchange data and penetrate through the barriers of information. So it is necessary to build a data sharing and information exchange platform for collaboration between the industrial and commercial enterprises, and it is also necessary that the marketing services and transactions are based on an accurate, timely, unified information platform for industrial and commercial enterprise. Therefore, this article, on the basis of e-commerce systems which both sides are using, through analysis of the actual demands and business processes of the tobacco industry, and with the idea of cooperation sale, designs and implements a sharing platform system of information for tobacco industrial and commercial enterprise.Firstly, the paper discusses the project background of sharing platform system of information for tobacco industrial and commercial enterprise, and the problems faced by design and development, analyses the system's functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and uses flow charts and use cases to introduce system requirements in detail.on the basis of the needs analysis, we make an architecture design of the information sharing platform system for tobacco industrial and commercial enterprise. First under the system demands, we put forward the system design objectives and principles, and then make the design of technical architecture and functional architecture of the system structure. Technical structure mainly considers the system expansibility, the system maintainability and the system performance issues, therefore we adopt layered model of J2EE framework, make out analysis and design for every layer. In the functional structure design, we discuss the functions of different parts of the system components, and give a dynamic system processes at the end.Secondly, we make a detailed design of the information sharing platform system for tobacco industrial and commercial enterprise. This part is according to some of the data analysis, industrial and commercial interaction to design systems, and carries on the description to each module's design. In the system modeling, for the fuller understanding industry and commerce information platform system's design, we introduce simply the tobacco profession electronic commerce system, and analyze the industry and commerce information platform system in function and the position, and then we make out the industry and commerce information platform system's overall structure drawing. After having understood overall construction, according to the data analysis, interaction between industry and commerce, two mentalities, we discuss each module detailed design separately. Moreover, in order to increase system's stability, when we deploy system, we use the active/active mode.Then, on the basis of detailed design, we first make a simple introduce of each module, then give system's whole effect chart and each part of implementing strategy. Next, according to the system practical demands, we will construct a web service which uses Service-Oriented Architecture. At the end, this paper introduces the system test, and particularly analyzes the environment and the progress of load test.The development work of this project was completed in 2008,After rigorous testing, It has been successfully used in the Shandong Province tobacco sale company as well as 17 prefecture tobacco subsidiary company. Finally, the last part of this paper introduces the application of the information sharing platform system for tobacco industrial and commercial enterprise, and proposes an advice for further improvement. |
