| In recent years, network-based remote monitoring system is widespread applied in the industrial field. With the application of remote monitoring and control system, the area under control is greatly increased. Local equipment, local monitoring systems and enterprise information systems are connected to a organic whole system. That not only solves the problem which administrators monitor production process, but also is propitious to improve the level of informationization of enterprise.The remote monitoring system is the main part of information systems in chlor-alkali plant of Qilu Pertochemical .With the development of chlor-alkali plant, the primary monitoring and control system can't adapt to demands of the corporation. The factory monitoring system was designed by our laboratory. Implementation of the system will achieve remote monitor production processes and share information with ERP system. That will greatly improve the level of chlor-alkali plant's information.The monitoring system of workshops must be finished firstly, then the subsystems will be connected to intranet of the plant. These subsystems were designed by different company with different equipments such as Siemens (S7-200, S7-300), Omron (C200H), Mitsubishi's PLC system, Japan's Yokogawa DCS (CENTUM-CS),and so on. The greatest difficulty is how to integrate these different subsystems. We are guided by the principle of overall design and step-by-step implementation. We design the remote monitoring and control system with based-Web Browser/Server structure.In the paper, the main issues I did as the following:1. Rebuilding the subsystems of Chlorine Ethylene workshop, caustic-soda workshop ,the second recycled water installation and PVC Polymerizer.2. Designing the remote monitoring and control system. Analyzing three communication modes with supply server, I advance the notions of no-supply communication, single-supply communication and double-supply communication. 3. Studying PVC polymerizer temperature control strategy with Fuzzy PID control strategy,and designing Fuzzy PID controller and MATLAB simulation.4. Studying the real-time problem of monitoring and control system, I get many measures of optimizing real-time capability in the process of designing supervision and control system. Eventually, I designed a mode that can advance real-time capability of remote monitoring and control system.This thesis focuses on studying of Web-based remote monitoring technology. With the comparison of different techniques, I design the system with fittest technical methods. This thesis will introduce the ideas and specific methods of implementation in the process of designing the system. At the same time, the thesis sduty mutuality technology of remote monitoring system, such as Data-exchange, Remote-communication, Remote accessing database, as well as real-time issue of monitoring system. |
