The Design And Research Of Press System With Pneumo-Hydraulic System In The Glassware Press Machine Based On Pro/E

The key component of glassware press machine is press system which helps the glassware's mold. New press system with Pneumo-Hydraulic system is designed and used because of shortcomings of press system with pneumatic system in glassware press machine. It's integrated with the item of Tianjin government which is called "The research of new style of glassware press machine". Pneumatic technology has some advantages: fast transmission, no pollution and getting easy, so it works easily with other ways including hydraulic technology. It's called Pneumo-Hydraulic system that traditional pneumatic technology and hydraulic technology work together. It operates more steadily, shifts better and works more reliably than pneumatic. It has less pollution, better economy and easier making than hydraulic. Therefore, it works more steadily, reduces noise and libration and improves qualified rate of production in the process of working.In this thesis, design calculation, composing, principle and design scheme of press system with Pneumo-Hydraulic system are introduced particularly. There are hydraulic directional valve with pneumatic control and check valve with hydraulic control in it. It's integrated with advantages of both pneumatic and hydraulic. In a word, it has some advantages: simpleness, energy conservation, high effect, light pollution and low noise. It improves integrated capability of glassware press machine and comes ture high roboticized control system which is composed of machine, electricity, pneumatic and hydraulic.And then we study it by dummy design technology, modular design technology, parameterized design technology and top-down technology. We develop CAD system of it based on Pro/E, so traditional 2D design is changed, intellectualized automation design is achieved, the design efficiency and design quality are improved, the developing cycle of product is shortened and the design cost is reduced.Concept design, entity modeling, dummy assembly, establishing dummy machine of it are made by using popular Pro/E. In the meanwhile, the structure of CAD system of it and parameterized parts database are established by Pro/E. Parameterized design database of it is established by using Access 2003. The application program of this system compiled by using Pro/TOOLKIT and Visual C++ makes the friendly interface come true. Actually, those are in favor of developing the whole of glassware press machine CAD system.Finally, CAD system of it which is a part of glassware press machine CAD system is set up by realizing the seamless integration among every application module, database module and Pro/E system through Pro/TOOLKIT interface program design and ODBC which is the technology about integrating between MFC and Access.
