| At present, while controling temperature of barrel warm-up period in plastic processing machinery, there are some defects in common warm-up method. Because the setting temperature of the heating part in each barrel section is different, the time to achieve the set temperature above is inconsistent. The heating section which early reaches the settings has to stop heating, insulates and waits. However, in the process of waiting, due to heat conduction and thermal radiation between the barrel heating section and the environment, it needs to repeated heatting in order to maintain the set temperature, resulting in waste of energy. To address this issue, this paper designs isochronous temperature control system of heating section in barrel preheating process. To achieve the set temperature at the same time for the each section, eliminate the waiting time of preheatting and save energy.In this paper, the temperature control system is divided into intelligent control platform and PC temperature control software. Intelligent control platform selects Atmel's microcomputer AT89S52 as the core controller, uses K-type thermocouple for temperature sensor, and MAX6675 for A/D converter chip, as well as uses solid-state relay device for the implementation. Based on object-oriented programming ideas, PC temperature monitoring software uses VC++ 6.0 compiler environment, It is consist of communications, temperature control algorithm and temperature data storing. PC and intelligent control platform uses RS232 to realize serial communication. Based on fuzzy control algorithm, this paper promotes the precise start-up time of each barrel. Using the different starting time of various heating section (controlling the length of each section heating time) to achieve the temperature control goal and completes the design of fuzzy controller.Experimental results show that the temperature control system of barrel warm-up period in plastic processing machinery, which the text has designed, has high accuracy and reliability. The temperature control system realizes that all barrel heating sections reach the set temperature at the same time, and realizes saving the energy. |
