| This paper introduces the MPPT technique into the solar energy lamp control system, by which reduces the cost of the system and enhances its reliability. It uses C8051F330 to control the working process of the solar energy lamp, and uses the Buck circuit to achieve the MPPT, which increases the energy transfer efficiency of the solar cell. This article elaborates the hardware circuit design of the control system, and setup the parameters of the main devices in the Buck circuit. The whole design process of the lamp control system has also been analyzed.This article summized the development of basic idea and the control technology of the solar energy system and it's application in lamp control system in China. It also discusses the output of the solar cell in different evironments, and combined with the capability of the control system, it analyzes the rules of how to choose the load and its paramenters, as well as the control of charge and discharge the storage battery. The detailed introduction of the controller which is designed by the author, is given in the paper, including the hardware of MPPT and the choice of the devices' parameter, the protection of the circuit ,the collection of the signals, the control circuit of CPU, the driven circuit of power transistor, the circuit of power supply and the cooling system of the controllor. It discusses the software design of the whole control system, including the performance of the CPU, the development tools and the main program, the control program of MPPT, and also the programes of filter, voltage stabilizing , timing and the control of charge and discharge the storage battery. It also summarizes the research results in this paper and analyzes the experimental data, from which generalies the benifits and the shortcomings of solar energy lamp. The end of the paper discusses the practicability of this design, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of it, which gives a direction of the further research. |
