| The multi-channels data acquirement system basing on computer is introduced in this paper. Taking the electronic technology, observation technology and computer technology as a core, this system uses the technology of electron, sensor, single-chip computer and computer software to complete the system design.Voltage model, signal handle model, data acquirement model, communication model are included in system, which achieve multi-chip, multi-strain stress signal acquisition, data processing and transmission to the computer. Using high-precision analog-to-digital conversion chip FS511, which includes signal conditioning modules, the data acquisition can be stabilized at one ten thousandth in a short time. Also, it simplifies external circuit design. With a multi-channel switch circuit, now it can finish multi-channels signal conversion at a specified time, which could do singly originally. By CAN bus, it can transits data to computer for long distance simply and reliably.Also, basing on the LabWindows/CVI6.0 software, the computer could help us do lots of jobs as dynamic display of real-time data collection, data curve drawing, automatic multi-mode mass data storage, historical data information playback, EXCEL and ACCESS database support and other functions, which complies data acquisition, data storage, data analysis automatically.Now, this system has been identified by the relative department of measurement and has been used for half a year. By many Improve the optimization, it has meted the performance requirements of the research projects. It provides an experimental foundation for the mining program design.At the same time the system has excellent transplanted, which can be extended to other pressure measurement domain, such as civil construction, highway construction, etc. |
