| With the development of electronic technology, electronic counter measure which is based on the radio technology, has been become the main domain of the modern war. And the most active counter measure is radar counter measure domain, aiming to cut, weaken even destroy the enemy's communication system and weapon system. Because the enemy's radars are disturbed and which can make own attack formation get rid of being detected, and then our army will win the battle. But if not one radar and jam existed, what kind of basis we should be according to and how we distribute the jams to the radars in order to get the biggest interference efficiency are discussed in the article.Firstly, the background and significance of jam distribution are introduced.Secondly, the guidelines for evaluating the effects of interfered radar have been discussed and under each guideline the indicators are summarized.Thirdly, the indicators from different domains are chose, such as frequency indicator, time indicator and so on. With the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the radar and jam counter matrix is established, which is also called radar jamming effectiveness of the decision-making matrix. With the help of decision-making matrix, the model of jam distribution is established.Fourthly, dynamic programming algorithm is applied to the matrix and finally the distribution sequence of jam is calculated. From the simulation experiment, the limitation of the dynamic programming is that the number of radar and jam must be not very big.Fifthly, the electromagnetism-like mechanism algorithm is introduced into the calculation. Some improvements are implied to the EM algorithm in the local search part, and the Euclidean distance is introduced to calculate the distance between two solution matrixes. The experiment shows that electromagnetism-like mechanism algorithm can effectively solve the problem.Finally, the research is summarized and the future research is also discussed. |
