Analysis Of And Countermeasures Against The Network Of Information Dissemination Obstacles In The Web2.0 Environment

Internet is the greatest invention of mankind in the 20th century, and also is the most glorious civilization of mankind in the 21th century which was left by the 20th century. Internet is worthy of the name"the fourth media", because of its booming dissemination. In recent years, more and more families are connected by the internet. Obviously the internet is playing a more important role in our lives than ever before. However, in the Web2.0 environment, there are still so many obstacles in the network of information dissemination which bother the users and threaten the security of network information.Firstly, this paper gives the readers a brief introduction of the internet's new form in the contemporary era—Web2.0. It analyzes several new internet technologies and applications, such as Blog,RSS,WIKI,SNS, which have a greater impact on the network of information dissemination.However, the network of information dissemination is a double-edged sword, on the one hand, it has promoted the development of human civilization; On the other hand, it also has many negative impacts, such as threaten the national security, damage the moral order, the impact of social civilization and so on.And then the paper analyzes the network of information dissemination obstacles, such as digital divide, network information pollution, information overload, network infringement, computer viruses, hacking and so on. These obstacles have resulted various contradictions and conflicts in cyberspace, destructed the ecological environment of the network information, and have had a serious impact on the effective dissemination of the network information.On the base of the analysis, this paper brings forward three countermeasures, which including technical control, moral criterion and law control, to eliminate the network of information dissemination obstacles to the maximum extent possible. The first is the technical means, which ensure effective dissemination of the network information, relating to all stages and links of the network of information dissemination, the main and key technology is the network information security technology. Means followed by the moral, because of the moral crisis has seriously affected the moral order and network civilization in cyberspace, so the code of ethics must be taken to the appropriate way, which include carrying out network ethics education, building criterion of network ethics, normativing and purifying the language of network, as well as moral self-discipline. The third is the legal means, cyberspace is also need the rule of law, networks in developed countries and the international community in the network of legislation have accumulated a lot of experience, to provide a reference legislation for our network. This paper has used literature survey, systematic analysis and comparative method. Combine with the new trend of the internet development, this paper puts forward some feasible proposals to solve the problems, it can provide some guidance for the practice.
