With the rapid development of computers and network technology,the armed forces have made considerable progress in information technology in China, Management Information System has been widely applied in their daily work in the army in all its aspects.The conventional vehicle Management Information used manual methods to record and store vehicle information and driver information and other relevant data. The amount of these information is very Large ,all relevant calculation is tedious and kind and style of report needed is complex, Moreover ,we need find information on manual maintenance of vehicles as well as the dispatch of vehicles and other relevant data items when entry data. workload and labor intensity are considerably large. therefore error probability is relatively high. in addition, another disadvantage is unable to carry out quantitative analysis of vehicle and transport information, only through the artificial seeing a variety of reports to compare, which lead to heavy workload and low efficiency.we frequently use vehicles because that we will play regular,combat readiness of the training exercises and carry out various tasks every year. In order to achieve effective protection of transport, according to the implementation of tasks, we need allocate reasonably transportation force and send the appropriate driver and vehicle in good condition on the base of that driver could comprehensively grasp vehicle information such as Amount,model,,performance and the state of technology. This system play these advantages such as the huge storage capacity , high-performance processing capability, highly reliable data security, a clear visual data to auxiliary army to manage vehicle to entry basic Information into system. Through query function module , we could query basic information entried; Through comprehensive analysis function module, we could query appropriate information according to specific requirement ;Through report function module, we could print these appropriate reports easy to commanders to research and analysis the ability of transportation security. This system has incomparable advantages of manual management, for instance, quick search,easy to find,reliability,,large memory capacity,confidentiality good long life and low cost. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of vehicles information and achieve the rational use of computer resources, truly realize the reduction of labor to improve the quality of the purpose of labor. Originally systematic foreground development implement has adopt Visual Studio. Net C # , background have adopt Oracle9i to be data base management system. We use Power Designer of the database model to building a model and JavaScript script to realize HTML interface control and consumer interface, at the same time using Ajax to realize the data exchange that end and the server hold as well as interactive .Ajax's fundamental philosophy is "on-demand to take the data," so we must decrease redundancy requests and responds to the burden bringing about to the serve as maximum as possible. the Ajax operating principle is equal to having added a a middle layer between consumer and server, which allowing users to respond to asynchronous operation and the server-oriented. Not all user requests are submitted to the server, such as some data validation and data processing and so on is done by the Ajax engine itself, and only it is identified that we need to read the new data from the server , Ajax engine,submit a request to the server on behalf of.JavaScript is like glue to glue the parts together, defining the application's workflow and business logic.We operation DOM through the use of JavaScript to change and refresh the user interface and constantly redraw and re-organization displayed data to the users, as well as handle user interaction based on the mouse and keyboard. CSS has provided consistent outward appearance to application and the shortcut big and powerful way for handling DOM with the programming.XMLHttpRequest object (or a similar mechanism) is used for asynchronous communication with the server, when the user is at work,it will provide requests submitted and the latest data for the user. This makes the data processing capacity of the system greatly improve and in the system of the B / S three-tier architecture, we add another layer of structure between data management (Server) and the user interface layer (Client)knowning as middleware (Middleware) so that the whole structure ia a three-tier system. Three-tier structure is accompanied by the rise of middleware technology maturity , the core concept is the use of middleware to apply piece stratifying into the presentation layer, logic layer and data-storage layer, three different treatment levels.Three levels is classified by logical way, the specific physical points system may have a variety of combinations. Middleware application system as a structural basis for three-tier architecture platform provides the following main functions: Responsible for client and server, the server and the connection between servers and communications; achieve high-performance application and database connectivity; provide a three-tier architecture application development ,run, deploy and manage platform. This three-tiered structure is independent of each other, any layer will not affect the other layers of the changes in the function. It allows different users to easily navigate the page.Armies in the field of information under the condition of the building to the operational direction, management must be in the armed forces to achieve information technology, which requires the building of all aspects of military operations should be to keep up with the requirements of vehicle management working relationship with the Force in carrying out the kinds of mission success or failure of military personnel, weapons and equipment, go through vehicular traffic can be successfully completed task, field armies, vehicle management system development, opening up new ideas for military vehicle management, the introduction of computer management vehicle data, statistical reports and queries analysis method, involving all aspects of vehicle management networking-style management, which allows commanders to keep abreast of the vehicle dynamics, and can make reasonable transportation plan.
