Enterprise Stock Procurement Management System Design And Development

With the rapid development of Internet / Intranet netwo rk technology,the adaption of convenient,fast network for management and information transfer has become a crucial a pproach to improve the efficiency of daily work and reduce the cost.Web-based enterprise management system has become an important indicator of the business operation transform ation from human labor to information.How to develop an ma nagement system that meet the needs of corporation's daily office work;enables staff to real-time,accurate access to all necessary data;provide the user experience of its sys tem interface that consistent with simplicity,convenience and so on,is becoming an increasingly focused attention co ncerned by wide range of enterprise management personnel.In this paper,the current situation of the management infomationization of domestic SMEs have been introduced,an d the need for enterprise informationization have been anal yzed.Then technologies about Struts-based development of W eb systems are introduced.Aiming at the deficiency of enri chment and response capability possessed by desktop applica tion,which was due to the limitation of current Web system effected by the inadequate HTML language and browser funct ionality,this article,during the development of system,u sing the design ideas of Ajax by special attention,combini ng with the current enterprise warehouse workflow features, designed and the developed the storage procurement managem ent system of a retail enterprise.The Warehouse Procurement Management System described i n this article adapted Struts framework model based on MVC three-tier architecture,laying the application of business rules,data access,verifying the legitimacy,etc.process ed in the middle layer,data access is through the middle 1 ayer,so that the client no longer establish connection wit h the database directly.The same time,encapsulate the spe cific database operations into separate module.Improve the management information system development speed and effici ency,and make the system easy to maintain.Through the understanding and investigation of the reta il enterprise warehouse workflow,I am involved in the desi gn of this system' s eight major business function modules and database table each module may need.On my own,I desig ned and developed the warehouse management module,solvingt he needs of other modules for information of the warehouse.In the database design,a relational database was adapt ed.After confirming the stored data of the new database,a ccording to a certain group was planning,according to the same storage rules to establish the necessary tables,prima ry key for each table was designed,and then determine the business relationships between the tables.The system this article described is of B / S structure ,due to the HTML language and browser functionality limita tions,so that the desktop applications with a rich and res ponsive user experience cannot be met,the changes of the c ontent of the page often need to refresh page.In order to improve this weak link in Web applications,we use a new me thod of developing Web applications - Ajax applications.Us ing this approach to Web application development,when you carry out the operation,the page features no longer need t o wait for page refresh,all the changes can be instantly d isplayed.I use Ajax solved,during the process of setting the development regional warehouse,the issue of continuous ly refreshing the page,due to the user interface continuou sly read data from the database.
