| From the 1970's, long-distance optical fiber digital video transmission technology has attracted more and more people's attention; the technology is widely applied to many areas of military and non-military. The research of digital video image processing and transmission system has been a hot spot.According to the problem to transmit digital video signal in a long distance, this paper presents a 4-channel digital video transmission system based on FPGA. This article tells about the concepts and principles of long-distance optical fiber digital video transmission technology concepts, principles, introduce the application of its background, history and current development situation. The paper mainly elaborates the system design scheme, the system overall structure and the specific methods to implement. The whole system mainly includes the digitization of analog video signals, digital signal multiplexing and demultiplexing, fiber channel coding and decoding and so on. And from the aspects of principles of the system, overall architecture, hardware components and software design, research and design remote digital video fiber transmission technology. |
