| In order to achieve accurate positioning and precise cutting in laser surgery, as well as enhance the therapeutic effectiveness and efficiency to cure scars and deep wrinkles .Based on laser-tissue mechanism, we have been developed a medical laser galvanometer micro-scanner.In the paper, to begin with, we have introduced the applications of laser in dermatology, then discussed the overall design of the scanner. Furthermore, completed the mechanical structure and its driving circuit design of galvanometer scanner. Finally, proposed control system based DSP and complete hardware and software design. Choose touch-screen as man-machine interface ,which is clear, beautiful and simple.Experiments show that, all the technical indicators of medical laser galvanometer micro-scanner have reached the technical indicators design, it can work safe, reliable and stable with ultrapulse laser or RF laser . |
