This Paper deeply discusses the characteristics of the multi-regional-point data of the electrolytic cell,it achieves intelligent data analysis from the production parameters of bodies and multi-regional projects, multi-angle, multi-regional point of electrolyzer multi-regional-point data, and combines data mining algorithms dealing with the same parameters of the project in different regions of point data to polymerization, and carries on association study of the same point of the different parameters of regional projects,to master the degree of influence of the multi-regional point of process parameters for electrolytic aluminum production.Aluminum electrolysis process has accumulated a large number of production data, including the single regional point data and the multi-regional-point data, which implies the operation rules and status of the aluminum electrolytic bath. Especially the multi-regional-point data, it is more important for the production process. through intelligent analysis for Electrolyzer production data, production and decision-makers can acquire the status of the regional process parameters, understand the electrolyzer operation, find diseases slot in advance, avoid unnecessary losses, and improve production efficiency, it has a very important application value and practical significance.The main contents and innovation points of this article are as follows:1. Study of the subject content of the source and an overview of the direction of the study subjects are analyzed, present Issues related to multi-dimensional analysis and data mining aspects of the relevant theory, in order to lay the foundation for the research of this paper.2. Based on the research and analysis of multi-regional data on the characteristics of electrolytic cell,the multi-regional points of the electrolyzer data from the production sector and multi-regional projects such as multi-angle process parameters in accordance with crossing combination of multi-dimensional analysis horizontal (time) or vertical (regional location), and visually displayed in the form of figures and tables.3.Application clustering and association rules algorithm for multi-regional data points on the electrolytic cell analysis, mining of data points in different regions in association with the process of regional points, and points of convergence associated with the source-point combination of the two corresponds to of multi-dimensional analysis and, ultimately, the production process to identify potential multi-zone point of influencing factors. 4. In the above basis of the study, the system achieved a slot on the aluminum multi-regional data analysis and mining, and has come to complement the single-point analysis system for users running for the slot identification, projections of future trends, production play a role in the decision-making intelligent analysis.
