In medical realm, the In medical field, the application of computers is very popular. Various intelligent diagnostic facilities have been connected to computers tightly. There are two ways of its application, one is intelligent medical facilities with hardware as its carrier and software as its core and the other is software construction of Hospital Information System (HIS) , which can improve modern management image of hospitals.Nursery work is very important in the area of medical. The quality of nursery work largely determines the relationship between doctor and patient and the sick recovery. Nursing workers often miss diagnose towards patients because the duty of nursery work is heavy and difficult. Therefore, nursing operating system has been proposed innovatively from hospital nursing management perspective, which will restrict and manage nursery work to a certain degree and avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Based on the actual business of hospital nursery work and with the combinationof management information system idea, we have developed nursery work management system software which mainly aims for addition voice prompt to nursery work in hospitals and nursing unit. Meanwhile, the system is also a creative application of computer information science in medical field.Although nurse work station has been supplied with voice prompt of nursery operating, which can reduce fault and omission of nursery work, realize nursing management system from the angle of system design is an important work. From the point of algorithm design, the system ability of handling emergencies and conflicts effectively determines the stability and reliability of the system. When designing a system, different solutions should be adopted towards different problems, for example, how a system reads algorithm design of nursery operating item, algorithm of prompting time conflict, algorithm of intercrossing voice broadcast by windows multithread and list information processing algorithm of managing users. There are some different ways of algorithm towards different problems. Different ways of algorithm will be adopted according to concrete conditions. I will make a comparison within some adoptable ways of algorithm, analyze their respective applicability and design and realize suitable ways of algorithm in this article.There are five sections in this article. The purpose, process and expectation effect of the development of the system and algorithm of optimized business process management have been discussed particularly through the analysis of business process, modular design, database design, code design and interface design of the system.
