OA is very important to improve the office quality and efficiency of the office or corporation; it can help to enhance scientific and exact decision and also has a very important meaning to improve the management and the corporation information.By analyzing the requirements of the office automation system and the development trends of the OA system , the thesis made the target of this system, analyzed the principle of operation structure for the development of software, and constructed an effcient model by software engineering methods. On the basis of B/S structure, it used ASP.NET as exploitation language on the business logical layer, SQL server2005 database as data storage and realized a secure and reliable information exchange platform of the company inside.The system contains seven subsystems, which are document subsystem, Wiki subsystem, forum subsystem, tool subsystem, user management subsystem, URL subsystem and administrator subsystem.The system is running reliable, easy to maintain, improve the efficiency of the staff and accelerated the transmission of information, so that a notice issued, documents, tasks can be communicated to relevant personnel, without any intermediaries. More importantly, it can integrate enterprise resources, and through the use of network technology let resources nuite together as one single platform to accelerate and increase the variety of resources mutually and to create the optimal environment for enterprise development.
