The Design Of Gas Station Liquid Level Meter Setup Procedures Based On ARM9

The control platform of gas station level instrument is the main means for gas stations'stock, sale and storage management. In order to meet the demand of gas stations' careful management, the gas station level instrument has been continuously improved and developed. This paper is designed to provide large color screen, 800x600 high resolution, touch-screen operation and an embedded structured control platform. Dependent on the stable performance of embedded structure and the user interface displayed in Chinese, the efficiency in the management of gas stations can be improved.In this paper the background and significance of this project has been introduced at first, then an analysis of domestic and foreign research and development trends have been described. Besides,the functions of the control platform of gas station level instrument have been analyzed. In this paper we have designed and implemented the control platform based on ARM9 structure.In this paper, the ATMEL Corporation's ARM9 processor--AT91SAM9261S and the Microsoft Corporation's embedded operating system--Windows CE are used. In this paper, belowings are included:1,Introducing the background and significance of this project, and analyzing domestic and foreign research and development trends in the future.2,Requirement analysis. Analyzing the system needs, and specifying hardware interfaces and software functions.3,System design. Putting forward the overall design of the control platform framework, including processor selection, selection of embedded operating system, platform software design, etc.4,System realization. According to requirement and system design,the principle of the circuit and pcb for the control platform has been implemented. Bootloader migration and code programming and ensuring the system reliability and stability throughout the over-all hardware and software realization process.5,Reliability test. After finishing design and implementation, providing the hardware stability testing and software function testing and summing up relecant documents.The control platform of gas station level instrument based on ARM9 has been provided to the Sinopec Shanghai gas station located in Jinshajiang Road(W.) to test in June 2009. This product has been highly recognized by OPW company. It is expected to have a good market and OPW has been working actively in its marketing generalizing.
