Design And Implement Of Archive Management System Of Administration At Provincial Level

The building of archive information system is the inevitable choice for the development of archive management. The archive information system for civil administration adopts the advanced information technology which was modified from traditional way of management on files. This system is highly organized under the nation's overall planning. It meets the need of storing the data and using the information integrated in the database in a maximum way. It is the specific application of China's national strategy on developing the information industry in the civil archive management.Currently, there are two categories of files existed. In the planning and building-up of the e-file management, we should fully take the existed network and software resource owned by the Civil Administration of Jilin Provincial Government into consideration. The emphasis of demand analysis and overall design shall be given to the remote input of data in different venues, data storing, compatible on different formats, automotive classification, various ways of statistic analysis, data mining, data checking, etc.In the way of design, this paper studies and designs of provincial civil administration management system, using a relational database for the core with background for the data exchange HTML technology in the.net platforms, application software. In using the Internet, it is based on the WEB application system, which consists of users in the client browser visit by provincial civil administration for file management system of the server applications, browse, query, upload, customization and so on a series of operations.
