Economic integration and the trend of trade globalization has accelerated the operation and management of large-scale enterprises paced with the world, promoting the network management information system was born. Networked Human Resource Management System (HRM) is one of the key content of the enterprise information construction, to improve enterprise management level, and enhance the vitality of enterprises and the core competitiveness has an important role in promoting, enabling the distribution of vast territory, but large and numerous internal organizations and personnel mobility group of large enterprises, through the Internet and Intranet for human resources management in all business, including: strategic management of human resources (human resources planning, human resources index analysis, decision support, staff quality measurement, manager self-service), human resources management (leave management, payroll benefits management, insurance management, injury management, performance appraisal management, recruitment management, training management, report management, labor and personnel laws and regulations, business rules and regulations), personnel information storage and management (attendance leave management, employee information management, institutional and job management, contract management), employee self-service and system access control and management.The cross-regional large-scale coal company HRM system requirements, research networks, key technology-based HRM systems includes B/S structure, multi-tier Web applications, J2EE architecture, JSP/Servlet development model, Struts + Hibernate + Spring (SSH) key technologies such as lightweight framework for the design and implementation issues. J2EE framework and B/S structure, multi-tier Web application system, with a level and platform-independent nature conservation system development, operation and maintenance costs; JSP/Servlet development model has the advantage of direct, simple; SSH framework can easily handle Container-level services, changes in the coupling degree of application design and flexibility, increasing independence between the levels and code reusability is conducive to expansion of the system and maintenance.The research and development of network-based HRM system uses today's most advanced network control technology and software development technology. System slightly modified can be applied to other cross-regional large-scale mining companies to conduct business network human resources decision-making and management.
