| Traditional search engines generally use two techniques to achieve the retrieval of information. One is to use the site classification, which has defects, such as higher cost, too brief description of the site and lack of deep analysis of the, and so on. So users can not query the important information of site, resulting in the loss of information. Another is to use full-text retrieval technique. The full-text retrieval technique in most of search engines uses match based on the keywords, whose search technology has great limitations. Firstly, it can not distinguish the homographs. Secondly, it can not associate synonyms of the key words. If the Chinese word segmentation algorithm technology is used, search engines can automatically analyze the Chinese data, carry on the segmentation, and extract keywords, and then establish a keywords-based query database, which will decrease system spending and greatly increase the efficiency of enquiries. It fully consider the expressive structure of the Chinese statements and a variety of expressions, and through " colloquial question, intelligent result", it will meet the various query needs of customers. With the identification of a user's natural languages, it will help users to get the most detailed and accurate answer in the shortest possible time, to provide users with convenient and efficient service.The system developed with delphi7.0 and Access database, has realized the management and search of engineering materials' information, and makes the search more accurate, efficient and improves efficiency of work. The project material information search system has the function of searching for the general information, including the main searching area and managing area of the materials, searching for material information provided for material procurement, adding, deleting, editing material information for various materials providers, providing system-wide maintenance and management services for system administrators. |
