This system has obvious advantages in information processing and great potential for future development. As an essential part of ITS, Video-based vehicle detection method has unparalleled advantages over the traditional vehicle detection methods.This research based on the research at home and abroad, using image processing as the technical, basis for the actual use of habits and practical needs, gives a new idea of video analysis and detection of violations set idea of combining the determination. In the video detection part of the framework to build scalable, custom sports vehicle detection and tracking method, the system has better scalability. Setting and found irregularities in the vehicle, set the user-friendly set of rules to define and user interface, to reduce the amount of data video analysis to improve the accuracy of non-compliance determination.Based on the above design ideas, the subject realized based on image analysis and processing of intelligent traffic monitoring system. In the hardware, using CCD camera as a video capture system, Intel dual-core embedded platform (EC5-1719CLDNA) as an image analysis processor. Paper are discussed the various hardware components function. In the software, using Visual C++ and OpenCV programming to realize the video image preprocessing, motion detection and tracking of vehicles, vehicle breaches to set up and determined that non-compliance response to the output and so on.Moving vehicle detection and tracking is an important part of this research. In a complex background for the detection of specific markers to track moving targets and implement this article in Visual C + + development platform, using OpenCV moving target detection and tracking of data structures, functions and the basic framework established by a man-machine interface module, Sports the prospects for the vehicle detection module, motion detection module features of the vehicle, moving vehicle tracking module that tracks health module, tracks the video post-processing modules target image motion analysis system.Another of the main aspects of the research is to establish rules based on user decision to set a vehicle violation system.
