The rapid development of internet has provided the information a new sharing and payment transaction platform for the traditional barter trade, enhanced the tradition barter transaction feasibility greatly. Taking the debt chain as the foundation, can solute enterprise and individual financial problem without useing the cash to realize the equal value exchange of commodity and the service. Therefore create an on-line barter trade transaction system have a very vital practical significance. This article multianalysis barter transaction flow, base on J2EE development model, used the SSH combination frame development to realize on-line barter transaction platform, and divided the system into 3 independent sub-systems and 11 independent modules.On-line barter transaction system structure is complex, include many sub-system's common coordinations, integration and the transaction system's between system's secure question, specially credit's risk control, commodity verification guarantee are the prominent restriction of on-line barter transaction development. These questions can not be solved by the J2EE technology and the system itself. Web Service and the operation flow managerial technique is mature gradually, which has provided the new way and solution for the enterprise information system integration.In order to solve the secure problem caused by change of payment of online barter transaction (from cash to credit limit), the Web service and the BPEL4WS standard are introduced in e-commerce, services and so on settlement service as well as commodity verification guarantee, analyzing the process of on-line barter transaction. Based upon SSH and the Ajax technology, the writer of this paper tries to realize the automatic execution and secure monitoring by adopting the Web Service and BPEL program and using the BPM software. Besides, the writer tends to improve the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring through two optimized counting way, Irrelevant and Inconsistent.
