By focusing on the contraction between the increasing number of data and the deficiency of information in higher education teaching affair management, the thesis applies the clustering analysis in data mining and relevance rules to the data analysis and decision-making in higher education teaching management.The thesis takes the teaching quality evaluation table in higher education as an example to explore the constructing principle which is widely adopted in colleges, makes clustering analysis of the accumulated evaluation data and makes a partial improvement according to the result of the clustering analysis. Based on the improved model, another clustering is made to acquire the evaluation rank of all teachers. The relevance analysis is accomplished combined with the inner evaluation rules and information of teachers to further prove the importance of evaluation model, and applies the result of clustering analysis and relevance analysis to teaching management in colleges and universities.
