| This paper designed three-axis speed servo control system with high-performance. The system can meet the requestment of the new principle about the method of NC rotary tangent in the aspheric optical device fabrication. In order to achieve this system, this paper designed a latest servo controller, that is, speed servo controller. The controller is based on ARM microprocessor core S3C2410. At the same time, this controller include the USB interface, touch panel and LCD,which can be used as input and output devices.Nand Flash and SDRAM as storage devices are able to achieve access to data.In this paper,CAN bus is selected as a data transmission module, which improves the reliability of the data. Based on S3C2410, the PWM amplificatory drive circuit was designed by the selection of IPM modules . Considered the system error ,the new compensatory algorithm was proposed based on HMM.At the same time, HMM algorithms was simulated with Matlab program called by VC++ . According to the results of HMM algorithm simulation , the algorithm was applicable to the error compensation of the speed servo control system. |
