Design And Implementation Of Task Scheduling Software For Fishery Radio

China is a big fishery producing country. There are more than 3 million square kilometers water area of marine fisheries, more than 280 thousand fishing vessels, and more than 10 million people engaged in fishery production. In order to better guarantee the safety of fishing operations at sea, higher requirements are put forward for the fishing industry communication, such as safety, reliability, real-time, comprehensive and etc. According to a fraction of technical specifications and function requirements of original fisheries radio from Department of Fisheries, a new type of fishery radio is designed in this project with which a stable and reliable communications system can be provided for fishermen. When an emergency occurs at sea, a distress signal can be quickly sent out, so that the fishing boats have all-weather communication support.Firstly, the embedded microprocessor and embedded Real Time Operating System are described, and the multi-task scheduling solution based on single-processor is given. Secondly, the general design scheme and the functional requirements of SX08 series fishery radio and CDMA series fishery radio are introduced. Thirdly, we design the task scheduling software of SX08 series fishery radio and CDMA series fishery radio, which is implemented based on MSP430 microcontroller and WinCE operating systems respectively. Finally, the scheduling software is experimented. The test results show that the SX08 series fishery radio and CDMA series fishery radio work effectively and have a good stability with special functions of digital communication system, such as transfferring pictures, voice messages, short messages and etc.
