The L-Band Receiver module is one of the important parts of the radar system, the electronic battle, and the GEIS/comprehensive communication electronic system. There exists a potential market of its application in the microwave intermediate frequency range. Should the L-Band Receiver module could have been successfully developed, it will not only maintain the specific application background, e.g. the new-model fighter plane, the airborne guidance head, and the modern radar system; but it will also possess characteristics of volume reduction, performance improvement, expediency of debugging, thus to improve the engineering level of the weapon system and systematic reliability.The Miniaturization design of The L-Band Receiver module has been developed, according to the technical indexes & experimental conditions raised by the end user, as well as considerations of the institute's LTCC technical level and characteristics. The module has held many virtues, such as high in gain, strong in reliability, small in volume, light in weight, low in noise, and integrated package.The Miniaturization design of the L-Band Receiver module achieved with LTCC technology will lay a good foundation for future MMIC product engineering application research through LTCC process. Combining the L-Band Receiver module with LTCC technics,the content of the paper is investigated:1) the project design; 2) the ens sources design; 3) the naught sources design; 4) the guide line computed and demonstrated; 5) the product of PCB designed and tested; 6) the product of LTCC designed and tested.The L-Band Receiver module has achieved success, witch has not only satisfied consumer's requirement and brought the benefit for our company; but also pointed out the research direction for the miniaturization and integrated package of our company's microwave product. The Miniaturization design of the L-Band Receiver module achieved with LTCC technology will lay a good foundation for future MMIC product engineering application research through LTCC process.
