With the high-speed development of computer and automation technology, many on-site heating boilers have already achieved automatic control. However, in the field of domestic heating, the results of control effect are not satisfactory. Furthermore,most of the systems are mainly in traditional extensive management mode and operators operate only with experience, this causes a serious waste of energy and a severe environmental pollution and the productivity can not increase in a very long time. In management, the running data during production can't be made good use, which results in low work motivation of workers. In view of this, the control technology and management mode in domestic heating systems are yet to be developed and improved.In the boilers control systems with large inertia and time-delay, the traditional PID controller cann't obtain satisfactory control result. This study proposes a simple and practical control algorithm:ITGC(Intelligent Track Guiding Control), it transites the traditional "objective control" to the "process control" and it can effectively overcome the shortcomings of PID control. The algorithm has a satisfactory control result in the boiler control system of large inertia, large time-delay, and more disturbance. After actual on-site application and verification in the boiler control system, it has achieved good control effect.As the controlled objects of automatic control system are variable, ITGC is particular effective for large time-constant system. By adjusting the parameters, it can meet the requirements of different systems. In particular, the changes of parameters due to the changes of working conditions will affect the automatic running of the system seriously. This study carry on the work of self-tuning of parameters based on the ITGC control algorithm, gives full play to its simple structure and simple operation.In management, in order to better mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and improve the quality and effectiveness of heat production, this study designed a rational system of performance evalution, the system based on the work of self-tuning of parameters in ITGC, it quantified the results of the work of workers, through reward and punishment method to restrain workers to work,it improved control quality.The establishment of the integration of management and control model will rrealize information management of enterprise,while promoting the development of enterprises it also has a positive effect on the development of national economy.
